To meet the growing demand, the company has chosen to carry out a major project: a new factory in Hastings, East Sussex, with a surface area of 1300 m², four times larger than the previous site in Kent. To transform this new reality into a true centre of excellence capable of providing high-level workmanship, providing it with the best equipment, machinery and furnishings available on the market was essential. After an in-depth analysis of the needs of each operational area, the best performing furnishings were identified to optimise each phase of the work, making it faster, simpler and more efficient.

In the turning and milling departments, large workbenches stand out, complete with legs with compressed air connections and electrical sockets, ideal for facilitating machinery cleaning. To complete the setup, fixed and wheeled tool drawer units and tool cabinets with bushing holders were installed, perfect for neatly storing CNC equipment and tools.

In the measuring, cleaning and packaging areas, large workbenches complete with cabinets, drawer units for tools and shelving offer a large and optimised surface area, to manage every activity with top practicality and efficiency.

The new Jota Advanced Engineering plant therefore represents an innovative, efficient and functional production centre, where every detail has been designed to ensure that operators have available a well-organised working environment capable of best tackling the various challenges.
